The Red Chinese government can be likened to The Borg, pictured above, the sinister conglomerate that sought to obliterate individuality and freedom in the TV series Star Trek: The Next Generation.
The Communist government of Red China hates freedom and would do anything to maintain its iron grip on politics and social behavior, not merely in its own country but anywhere.
This can be seen in the recent news from Asia of the crisis in Tibet. The Tibetans, like our forefathers, want religious and political freedom. That is intolerable to a tyranny bent on control of its citizens thoughts and bent on a world empire.
At the end of this short article is a link to recent news.
Remember what Communism is: a philosophy and a political practice that holds the state is superior to the individual and the Communist Party is superior to the state. All means of production are owned by the state when it is run by the Communist Party, which allows no political dissent or opposition. The Communist Party asserts that there is no God, and religion is prohibited unless it bows to and forwards the aims of the Communist Party.
Specifically, Red China prohibits other political parties. It allows no deviance from its political orthodoxy. Google has to block search results so the Chinese people do not see the sites the government does not want them to see. Red China wants to expand its borders by absorbing people who do not want to live under its oppression but who are afraid of its massive, conformity-compelling regime.
Think of the Red Chinese government as the Borg of our present age. They want to make sure resistance is futile.
Yet the “leadership” of our country, the United States, has been taking away jobs, money, technology, and manufacturing capacity from the common American and giving them to the Communist government of Red China.
Now its treasury overflows with money and its manufacturing capacity has been built up and strengthened – even as you, the common American, suffer financially. This state of affairs allows Red China to go on a massive military buildup to catch and surpass the armed forces of freedom.
How foolish the American “leadership” has been! And now the money that we have provided to Communist China, which common Americans do not have to pay their mortgages, is being used to “crush” the longing for freedom and self government the Tibetans have.
With an impending presidential election, you, the voters, must decide who is going to deal with this legitimate threat that the foolish media thought was gone when the Soviet Union ceased to be. That is another story, too, because we may not be far from having the Soviet Union return.
Frankly, none of the candidates are promising. Why can we not find an American candidate who is for the American people and for the fundamental principles of freedom? Why can we not find a candidate who stands for life, for the American economy, for American free enterprise, for freedom, for freedom from foreign conflicts, for the common person instead of greedy corporate and political interests?
Globalism is a sham and is not the responsibility of the officials we elected to care for our interests. That is grist for another day.
Below is the link to the article. You may say, especially you who are wrapped up in your music and TV and daily shopping, what does this have to do with me? The answer is that the world is a much smaller place now because of communications and technology. It is also that the people of Tibet want the same thing our forefathers wanted when they came to America: political and religious freedom, the right to control their own destinies free of the tyranny of a despotic regime.
We cannot fight their war for them, but we can stop helping the government that wants to crush them.
Do you think Red China means you no harm, ultimately? Do you think it is good that we shoot ourselves in the foot? Sooner or later, now that we have enabled Red China’s military buildup, we are going to have to spend hundreds of billions of dollars of our money to counter that buildup and secure our freedom. It’s like handing a bank robber $600 to buy the handgun of his choice. How foolish!
Think about it.
